About PropAI
PropAI is a Cape Town-based managing agent for bodies corporate, homeowners’ associations and other community schemes. We provide hands-on management, keep trustees informed and bring structure to the daily work and records of the scheme.
Why PropAI
PropAI began with a simple ambition: to build something of our own and take personal responsibility for the standard of work carrying our name. Gustaf’s experience managing sectional-title and HOA portfolios gave that ambition a practical direction.
We saw that good property management depends on more than administration. Trustees need clear information, owners need reliable communication, and the managing agent needs enough context to understand the scheme’s history, priorities and decisions.
From the beginning, PropAI was shaped by two complementary perspectives: Gustaf’s experience in community-scheme management and Anelda’s background in architecture and commercial property projects.

Founder and Managing Director
Gustaf leads PropAI’s managing-agent service and remains directly involved in scheme operations, trustee communication and the management relationship. His background includes sectional-title and HOA portfolio management, Urban and Regional Planning and Entrepreneurship.
Co-Founder and Head of Project Management
Anelda leads PropAI’s project-management work, bringing a background in architecture and commercial property projects to maintenance and improvement initiatives. She coordinates consultants, contractors, drawings and implementation where a scheme requires structured project support.
