Property owners’ association management · Cape Town

Shared responsibilities.
One clear next step.

When owners share a road, entrance or drainage system, it should be clear who is handling the work. PropAI brings association records, shared costs and approved repairs together.

A few useful answers

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Does every POA manage the same things?

No. The association’s documents and agreements establish its responsibilities. One may look after a road and entrance; another may have different shared services. We establish the actual work before agreeing the service.

Can a POA include homes and businesses?

It can, depending on how the association is set up. We look at its documents, properties and shared responsibilities, rather than assuming that all owners use the property in the same way.

How are shared contributions worked out?

The starting point is the association’s documents, approved budget and agreed contribution arrangements. We help make the records and amounts clear. We do not assume every owner pays the same share.

What if some records are missing?

We list what has arrived, what is missing and who needs to provide it. Urgent work and open matters remain visible while the missing records are followed up. We agree the first priorities with your representatives.

What does our management fee include?

We agree the support around your shared assets, records, meetings and follow-up needs. Your proposal sets out the included work, fee, site visits and anything charged separately before you appoint us.
