Who is responsible for your information
PROPAI, registration number 2023 / 809026 / 07, trading as PropAI, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The website presents managing-agent services and supporting products.
Formal client services remain subject to separately agreed contracts. This notice concerns the public website and direct enquiries.
Information we collect
When you submit a management-proposal enquiry or request an MME demo, PropAI may collect your name, role, organisation or scheme, contact details and the context you choose to provide.
Please do not include unnecessary personal, financial, health or other sensitive information in a website enquiry. PropAI may request further information directly if it is reasonably required to assess or respond to the request.
How we use the information
Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss potential managing-agent services or an MME demonstration, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.
Submitting a form does not create a management agreement, calendar booking, newsletter subscription or automated marketing sequence.
Delivery and service providers
Website enquiries are transmitted for direct review. The website does not maintain a separate public-enquiry database.
Information may also be processed by service providers that support hosting, security checks or email delivery, or disclosed where required by law. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Website data and cookies
PropAI does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or a newsletter sign-up on this website. The hosting platform may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, request time and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Where a security check is enabled on a form, Cloudflare may process limited technical information to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
If analytics, advertising or additional tracking tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be reviewed first.
Security and retention
PropAI uses reasonable organisational and technical measures suited to the information and the service being provided. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Enquiry emails and related delivery records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, administer the relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether PropAI holds personal information about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where appropriate. PropAI may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
